An Experienced In-house Team

In-house, YakuYaku is composed of up to 30 steady translators - working in all major languages - with experience in a wide variety of fields. These translators are supervised by our PMs, who handle several projects daily. For your specialized translation needs, such as technical documents, etc., we strive to provide the most suitable translators.

Such niche translators must:
- have an official translator's qualification (e.g.: university degree, etc.)
- have at least three years of professional experience
- provide at least three references and/or a qualification for the field (e.g. technical university degree)
- translate exclusively into their respective mother tongues to guarantee the native quality of a translation

Quality Assurance by Project Management

As quality is our absolute first priority, we always make sure that our project managers respect the following rules to ensure that each and every of our translations is perfect:

- Select or seek out a translator who meets the above requirements
- Provide effective and perfect communication between the customer and translator
- Before the translation starts, carefully review the specific requirements of the customer (such as "Don't translate product names" or "Be sure to use this terminology", etc.)
- Make sure that the most appropriate and up-to-date software is used to translate a text, in order to maintain the quality of its required file format (Word, Excel, HTML, etc.)
- Have the translated text proofread (by this we mean "read a second or even third time, and subsequently fixed if necessary") in-house by a native speaker of the target language
- Remain available for any requests or inquiries regarding quality after delivery
