1. YakuYaku Impossible Translations guarantees rapid and high quality translations. However, the delivery of the translation within 24 hours is estimated based on a the assumption of a character count of 2000-3000 characters for Asian languages and a word count of 1500-2500 words for Roman languages, as well as a standard difficulty level. The 24 hour period begins once the translator starts translating. Therefore, the time of delivery may vary depending on text length, level of difficulty of content, and starting time. A confirmation email will be sent once the translation has begun.

2. Upon receiving your translation, should you feel that the level of quality is not up to par, please contact us immediately and the YakuYaku Team will conduct another review of the translation and work with you and the translator directly to make the necessary improvements. 


3. YakuYaku Impossible Translations accepts payment in advance only. However, should your translation fail to be delivered for any reason, your money will be refunded in full the following business day.
