Our devotion towards quality assurance and management systems for translation services has gained us recognition among numerous clients throughout various industries.
YakuYaku's Standards of Quality are mainly based on 2 main pillars:

Reputation consists of
a) A sophisticated ranking system of translators
b) A strict recruitment and screening process of translators
c) An experienced YakuYaku in-house translator and project management team
Validation means
a) Multiple review and proofreading of translations
The most effective and efficient way to translate a text most definitely lies in correct translation from the very beginning.
For this reason, we put major effort into the recruitment process for Impossible Translators and in defining the required qualifications for our in-house and niche translators.
However, to ensure quality, we always have a second (and even third) set of eyes conduct a proofreading. For Impossible Translations, this service is free. Moreover, you can request an extra review of your translation, including a detailed report and quality check.
b) Clearly defined standard procedures and rules
Every Service on YakuYaku is based on a workflow with certain stages. You can have a look on the process on each page of the single services or under about us page. Each stage itself consists of certain pre-defined steps.
These steps are either automaticly (Impossible Translations), conducted by professional PMs (YakuYaku Service) or - as for a normal Job Posting – administered between the client and translator.
All the paid services have to meet the requirments of our following 7 Golden Rules:

c) Collaboration with clients
We always:
- Always meet a client's deadline or the deadline agreed upon by both parties.
- Work in the format specified by the client and offer a complete translation/page composition package if so desired.
- Respond to our clients' questions promptly, accurately and completely.
- Maintain strict confidentiality with all knowledge and information regarding the business and products of our clients.
d) Use of latest software for translation and proofreading
Use the most modern and best systems, software and tools to do our jobs.
