Ranking System

Both companies and translators on YakuYaku are ranked by a specific score. This score is estimated as an average of all past ratings given by either the translator or company site.

Once a client has assigned a job they can express their satisfaction with the translator and the delivered job at any time. One rating is made up of 10 categories, with a combined total of 1000 points. Contained within are such important measures as meeting of deadlines, quality of translation, fee, and attitude.

Moreover, Impossible Translators also go through a separate screening process.

This is how we try to guarantee an evaluation system as objective as possible.

The ranking process is similar for both translators and companies, however the 10 criteria are different.
